Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Operations / Lean / Quality / Continuous Improvement with Lean deployment.
• Strong knowledge of lean fundamentals and operating methods.
• English fluency and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the lean operating strategy aligned to Operations priorities and efficiency targets.
• Partner across value streams to ensure consistent deployment of Kaizen Promotion Office standards.
• Own Lean Operating Method deployment, coach leaders, and drive maturity across required elements.
• Strengthen monthly operating rhythms, KPI reviews, and structured problem solving.
• Define and deploy kaizen standards for scoping, planning, execution, reporting, and sustainment.
