Qualifications

• Significant proven progressive experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, or enterprise integration roles within industrial/manufacturing environments, with international exposure.
• Proven track record deploying Kaizen, Lean, or Six Sigma programs delivering measurable improvements in governance and KPIs.
• Experience leading M&A due diligence, post-merger integration, and business transformation globally.
• Fluent English; additional European languages valued; willing to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and embed Kaizen methodology across Sustainability & EHS globally, driving continuous improvement and performance breakthroughs.
• Implement Lean processes and governance across Sustainability & EHS, eliminating waste and standardising workflows.
• Lead Electrification M&A due diligence and post-merger integration for Sustainability & EHS.
• Co-design and oversee serious injury prevention programs and injury & Illness rate reduction plans.
• Own and govern H&S reporting, metrics, and dashboards for leadership decision-making.
• Interface with GEV teams and Electrification Lean leaders globally for alignment on standards.
• Establish and govern global operating model for Sustainability & EHS across Electrification.
• Drive maturity assessments and capability building across EHS teams to meet 2030 targets.
