GE Vernova, Inc. in Salt Lake City area seeks a Manufacturing Manager to own end-to-end performance (SQDCP). Translate customer needs into shop-floor production plans, drive site ramp-up with Engineering, and develop a high-performing team.

Lean practices and data-driven communication with leadership are essential. Role requires 5+ years leading manufacturing with ERP/SAP, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a bias toward continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business, or related discipline (or equivalent relevant manufacturing leadership experience).
• 5+ years of progressive manufacturing experience within an industrial/engineering environment.
• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience across SQDCP.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Translate complex customer demands into executable production plans while maintaining a high-energy presence on the shop floor.
• Strategic Growth: Lead the industrialization and ramp-up of our site, partnering with Engineering to implement new technologies and best practices.
• People Development: Build, coach, and empower a high-performing team with a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Continuous Improvement: Champion Lean methodologies (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping) to eliminate waste and optimize flow.
• Safety & Quality Champion: Lead EHS and Quality to meet high standards of excellence.
