Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Software & Controls Solutions Lean Leader to drive operational excellence across critical functions, championing lean practices and kaizen deployment. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in operations / lean / quality / continuous improvement with experience in deploying Lean.
• Strong knowledge of lean fundamentals and operating methods.
• English fluency.
• Willingness to travel 20–50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the lean operating strategy for Software & Controls Solutions aligned to Operations priorities, growth objectives, and efficiency targets.
• Partner across value streams and stakeholders to ensure consistent deployment of Kaizen Promotion Office standards and the Lean Operating Method.
• Own Lean Operating Method deployment by assessing baselines, identifying opportunities, coaching leaders, and driving maturity.
• Strengthen monthly operating rhythms, KPI reviews, and structured problem solving to improve process effectiveness, execution discipline, and measurable outcomes.
• Define and deploy kaizen standards for scoping, planning, execution, participation, reporting, and sustainment, including support for Leaders Driving Change and enterprise kaizen initiatives.
