Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Commercial Excellence Leader to transform commercial processes and tools for the Software & Controls Solutions unit. You will lead Lean-based transformation, own the processes, and coordinate training across a global team including finance, risk, engineering, sourcing, projects, and sales.

You will drive a comprehensive Lean roadmap, manage documentation, templates, and dashboards while ensuring change management and adoption across the commercial organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in sales, commercial operations, PM, governance or process improvement.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate PSRs, workouts & Kaizen events for the commercial operations team.
• Lead the Lean Transformation Roadmap and manage milestones.
• Publish a monthly commercial operations newsletter.
• Maintain the Commercial Operations SharePoint homepage.
• Address NCR/Stop Work and deploy preventive actions.
• Collaborate with Technical Excellence teams as needed.
• Improve commercial templates and maintain systems like ASPOSE.
• Develop and maintain SWIs and QMS documents for adoption.
• Oversee tooling upkeep and integrations for front-end ops.
• Maintain staff competency models with regional leaders.
• Develop and deliver training for commercial and sales teams.
• Own Daily Management dashboards and MOR rhythms.
• Coordinate with Sales Operations for KPI views.
• Contribute to Hoshin planning with cross-functional input.
