Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean deployments (5S, VSM, Kanban, Heijunka, etc.)
• Drive root-cause analysis and problem-solving
• Facilitate Kaizen events
• Oversee robotics, automation and AI initiatives in manufacturing and logistics
• Develop and execute continuous improvement strategy with management
• Report progress, risks, budgets, milestones and pipeline; ensure success
