Job summary

GE Vernova seeks an experienced Lean Leader to drive continuous improvement across manufacturing and transactional environments. You will lead Value Stream Mapping, coach Kaizen activities, and build organizational capabilities through hands-on initiatives that leverage lean, digital, and automation.

You will operate across global teams, fostering engagement, leadership development, and a strong culture of accountability within the GE Vernova Operating Method.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or Business.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead cross-cultural teams in large, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Value Stream Mapping across the company.
• Coach teams on lean tools and Kaizen facilitation.
• Develop and deliver lean training programs.
• Drive end-to-end process improvement using lean, digital, and automation.
• Manage governance and align with Hoshin Kanri initiatives.
• Foster engagement and diversity; lead change.
