Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. seeks a Continuous Improvement Specialist to support, sustain, and lead improvements on automated equipment across Fuel Manufacturing Operations.

You’ll coach teams in Lean practices, mentor operators and maintenance staff, and drive long-term reliability with strong focus on process documentation and training. This role requires awareness of safety, quality, and compliance in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Formal Lean/Six Sigma training and problem-solving leadership.
• Experience with industrial automated equipment and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for manufacturing processes.
• Lead lean initiatives and SQDC improvements.
• Monitor process performance and KPI targets for equipment reliability.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions.
• Maintain device and process documentation and training materials.
• Deliver operator and maintenance training to raise technical capability.
• Guide testing of equipment and controls to meet standards.
• Support 24/7 operations and critical issue escalation.
• Champion safety, quality and compliance initiatives.
