Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Lean Leader to drive continuous improvement across manufacturing and related functions. You will facilitate Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen events, and Lean training while coaching teams to implement end-to-end improvements. Travel ~50% and location at GEV site; this is not a remote role.

You will partner with the GE Vernova Lean Team to operationalize the GE Vernova Operating Method, driving synergies and sustainable performance improvements across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, or business.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated sustainable changes in manufacturing and transactional environments via end-to-end Value Stream Mapping.
• Effective communicator with experience in cross-cultural, matrixed organizations.
• Collaborative, comfortable with conflict and debate.
• Mentoring and coaching abilities; capable of motivating and leading with humility.

Responsibilities

• Leads Value Stream Mapping across the company; facilitates Kaizens and coaches teams to drive lean transformations.
• Builds and delivers hands-on training programs on Lean methods.
• Leads lean projects through implementation of Lean tools and philosophy to drive process improvements.
• Deploys operational strategies around SQDC and sustainability.
• Develops and deploys Lean tools to drive core revenue growth (e.g., Kanban, Level Loading, TPM, SMED).
• Assesses team competency and supports GE Vernova Roadmap development for corporate functions.
• Manages governance and key operating processes (Hoshin Kanri) at leadership level.
• Fosters an environment for employee engagement, diversity, and high satisfaction.
