Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Leadership Development Manager for Emerging and New Leaders. You will shape development journeys for aspiring and new people leaders, delivering practical, scalable experiences that enable strong, inclusive leadership in a remote-first environment.

You’ll partner with People, Talent, and Learning teams, using data and feedback to iterate programs, while testing new ideas and driving measurable impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering leadership development programs for new or first-time people leaders.
• Proven ability to scale learning experiences across large audiences.
• Strong learning and experience design skills blending live learning, digital resources and hands-on practice.
• Product-oriented approach to learning and development with data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the new-leader experience and design delivery of leadership programs.
• Build learning journeys for leadership transitions (preparation for first management role, performance conversations).
• Design scalable, engaging experiences using workshops, peer learning and self-directed resources.
• Create communities for leaders to learn together and exchange feedback.
• Translate leadership expectations into practical tools and coaching opportunities.
