Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Leadership Development Manager, Emerging and New Leaders, to design and scale programs helping first-time leaders grow.

You will own the journey from consideration to the first year in role, creating practical experiences that build confidence and performance across a remote-first company. Partner with People teams to align leadership development with hiring, onboarding, and growth.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, 6+ years with a Master's, or 3+ years with a PhD.
• Experience designing leadership development programs for new or first-time leaders at scale.
• Strong learning design skills blending live learning, digital resources, and hands-on application.
• Product-oriented approach to learning with audience insights and data-driven decisions.
• Experience building learning communities or cohort-based programs that encourage connection.
• Experience integrating leadership assessments and coaching into development programs.
• Strong program management and collaboration skills across cross-functional partners.
• Creative, resourceful approach to solving problems with willingness to experiment and learn.
• Comfort using data and AI tools to improve learning experiences.

Aufgaben

• Own the new-leader experience: design, deliver, and continuously improve leadership development programs for aspiring, first-time, and newly hired leaders.
• Build learning journeys for leadership transitions from prep for first management role to coaching and performance conversations.
• Design scalable experiences with workshops, peer learning, and self-directed resources.
• Create opportunities for leaders to learn together through communities and peer learning.
• Translate leadership expectations into practical tools and experiences with assessments and coaching where appropriate.
• Partner across the People team to align development with hiring, onboarding, and growth.
• Experiment, gather feedback, and use data to improve effectiveness and accessibility.
• Manage learning resources, vendors, budgets, and communications to scale quality.
