Affirm is seeking a Leadership Development Manager, Emerging and New Leaders, to shape development journeys for aspiring and first-time people leaders in a remote-first environment. You will design scalable programs, blend live and digital resources, and partner with HR to connect leadership growth with hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development.

The role emphasizes measurable impact on leadership effectiveness, with autonomy to test ideas and improve programs at scale across the USA.

Formación

• Experience designing and delivering leadership development programs for new or first-time leaders.
• Ability to blend live learning, digital resources, and hands-on application.
• Strong collaboration with HR partners and business stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own the new-leader experience design, delivery, and improvement for aspiring leaders.
• Build scalable learning journeys across leadership transitions, e.g., first management role and performance conversations.
• Create engaging, scalable experiences using workshops, peer learning, and self-directed resources.
• Foster leadership communities and peer networks to share challenges and growth.
• Translate leadership expectations into practical tools and assessments.
