Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is hiring a Leadership Development Manager, Emerging and New Leaders, to shape the growth path for first-time and aspiring people leaders.

You will design scalable journeys, create practical learning experiences, and partner across People, Talent, and Learning to align leadership development with hiring and onboarding. In a remote-first environment with flexibility, you will test new ideas, measure impact, and drive improvements that help Affirm’s leaders grow, coach, and build

Qualifications

• 8+ years in leadership development, L&D, or related field with a degree as stated.
• Experience designing leadership programs for new or first-time leaders at scale.
• Strong skills in learning design blending live, digital, and hands-on work.
• Product-oriented approach using audience insights and data to guide decisions.
• Experience building learning communities or cohorts for ongoing development.
• Experience integrating assessments and coaching into programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the new-leader experience including Leading@ and Leader 101.
• Design scalable leadership development journeys for transitions to management.
• Create engaging workshops, peer learning, and self-directed resources.
• Build communities for leaders to connect, share feedback, and grow.
• Translate leadership expectations into practical tools and coaching opportunities.
• Partner with People, Talent, and Learning to align with hiring and growth.
• Experiment, measure impact, and use data to improve programs.
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendors to deliver high-quality experiences.
