You will design scalable programs, partner across People teams, and test new ideas in our remote‑first environment to accelerate leadership growth and impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in leadership development, L&D, or related field.
• Experience designing leadership development programs for new or first-time leaders at scale.
• Strong design skills blending live learning, digital resources, and hands-on application.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of leadership development programs for aspiring and new leaders.
• Build scalable learning journeys for leadership transitions and key conversations.
• Create engaging experiences using workshops, peer learning, and self-directed resources.
