affirm is a remote-first company seeking a Leadership Development Manager to guide emerging and new leaders. You will shape the development journey from consideration to the first year, creating practical experiences that help leaders grow and drive impact.

You’ll design scalable programs, test new ideas with the people team, and partner across functions to align leadership growth with hiring, onboarding, and performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree
• 6+ years with a master’s degree
• 3+ years with a phd
• Experience in leadership development

Responsibilities

• Own the new-leader experience by designing, delivering, and improving leadership development programs.
• Build learning journeys for leadership transitions.
• Design engaging experiences that scale with workshops, peer learning, and self-directed resources.
• Create opportunities for leaders to learn together through communities.
• Translate leadership expectations into practical tools and experiences.
• Partner across the people team to connect leadership development with hiring, onboarding, and growth.
• Experiment, learn, and improve using feedback and data.
• Measure program effectiveness with metrics on skill development and leadership impact.
• Keep programs running smoothly, managing resources, vendors, and budgets.
