Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Leader, Partner Sales for its Global GTM Incubation & Emerging Technologies team. You will build and scale partner go-to-market across GSI/advisory, SP/telco, ISV/OEM, hyperscaler, and frontier models, leading a dedicated team and the incubation partner operating plan.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience leading sales teams or ICs to exceed goals.
• 6+ years building annual partner operating plans across multiple routes to market.
• 5+ years managing financials, MDF, and co-sell incentives with partner ecosystems.
• Proven ability to secure executive alignment and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale partner go-to-market across GSI/advisory, SP/telco, ISV/OEM, hyperscalers and frontier providers.
• Lead the Incubation partner operating plan and set portfolio goals and investments.
• Drive focus on the Incubation product practice and leverage existing partner relationships.
• Collaborate with Portfolio and Specialist Partner Managers and relevant partner owners to integrate Incubation products into shared plans.
• Strengthen capability across Cisco teams and partner orgs with repeatable plays and dedicated practices.
• Shape partner segmentation, target waves, and route-to-market choices; sponsor GSI activation and SP/telco managed services.
• Coach senior contributors and oversee verified partner-sourced pipeline and bookings.
