Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Leader, Partner Sales to scale incubation GTM across GSI, SP/telco, ISV/OEM, hyperscaler, and frontier-model providers. You will lead a dedicated team, define the partner operating plan, and secure lighthouse wins while building repeatable plays and executive alignment.

You will collaborate with Portfolio and Specialist Partner Managers and drive cross-functional impact across Cisco’s partner ecosystem, shaping segmentation, joint offers, and pipeline governance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of proven experience managing and coaching a team of sales professionals or individual contributors.
• 6+ years building and implementing annual partner operating plans across multiple routes to market.
• 5+ years experience with financial data, MDF, and co-sell incentives.
• Proven track record of executive interlock and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Incubation partner operating plan and set portfolio goals.
• Drive partner segmentation and route-to-market decisions.
• Coach senior contributors and supervise partner-sourced pipeline.
• Partner with Portfolio and Specialist Partner Managers to align plans.
