Job summary

Cisco Systems is seeking a Leader, Partner Sales to build and scale partner go-to-market for incubation products across five routes. You will lead a dedicated team, set goals for the partner portfolio, and ensure executive alignment with the category organization.

You will drive incubation products, engage with partner managers, and create repeatable plays while guiding cross-functional teams and sponsor GSI activation and managed services initiatives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of leading sales teams or ICs to achieve goals.
• 6+ years building annual partner operating plans across GSI/SP/ISV/hyperscalers.
• 5+ years in partner economics, MDF and co-sell incentives.
• Proven executive interlock and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale incubation partner go-to-market across multiple routes.
• Set goals for partner portfolio, team performance and investment priorities.
• Coordinate with Portfolio and Specialist Partner Managers and drive joint plans.
