Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Leader, Partner Sales to build and scale the incubating technology partner ecosystem. You will drive go-to-market across GSI, SP, ISV, hyperscaler, and OEM routes, guiding the partner operating plan and aligning with senior product and sales leaders to secure lighthouse wins and repeatable plays.

You will champion cross-team collaboration, shape joint offers, and mentor senior contributors while ensuring strong pipeline and bookings across the partner network.

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading sales teams or individual contributors to meet goals.
• 6+ years building annual partner operating plans across multiple routes (GSI/SP/ISV/hyperscalers).
• 5+ years with financial/data proficiency and leading partner economics/MDF/co-sell incentives.
• Proven executive interlock, stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale partner go-to-market for incubation products across five routes (GSI/advisory, SP/telco, ISV/OEM, hyperscaler/neocloud, frontier-model).
• Direct the Incubation partner operating plan and set goals for partner portfolio, team performance and investments.
• Collaborate with Portfolio & Specialist Partner Managers, Splunk partner managers, and partner owners to align plans and activity.
• Coach senior ICs and supervise verified partner-sourced pipeline and bookings.
