Job summary

Appian seeks a Manager, Solutions Consulting Readiness to lead the demo readiness engine powering our global field sales team. You will own the DemoHub platform, the reusable asset catalog, and interactive demo experiences that accelerate enterprise deals.

You'll build scalable demo environments, coach a distributed team across time zones, and partner with Product, Enablement, Marketing, and Sales to measure impact and drive adoption of AI-assisted demos.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level degree required in a technical field.
5+ years in solutions consulting, product management, or sales engineering in enterprise software.
Strong Appian design experience including SAIL and process modeling.
Proven roadmap ownership, prioritization, and release-management skills.
Experience leading distributed technical teams across time zones.
Excellent demo craft with focus on quality and impact.
Familiarity with interactive demo platforms like Storylane.

Responsibilities

Own the full product lifecycle of DemoHub and related assets across the global team.
Manage and curate a reusable demo asset library ensuring quality and relevance.
Lead creation of Storylane demos and interactive experiences with Marketing.
Architect and maintain demo environments at scale with governance and security.
Coach a distributed technical team across multiple time zones.
Partner with Product, Enablement, Sales Ops, IT, and leadership to align demo strategy.
