Job summary

CM.com North America is seeking an AI Sales Solutions Engineer to be the technical lead for the US region, translating our AI-powered customer engagement portfolio into real business value for colleagues, partners, and customers. You will pair product and AI fluency with coaching to run technical discovery, demos, and enablement that moves deals forward.

We seek a candidate with 5+ years in a technical sales/solutions role, fluent English, and a track record of successful demos and enablement.

Qualifications

5+ years in technical sales engineering, solutions engineering, or pre-sales roles.
Hands-on fluency with AI/LLM products and ability to explain business value to technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience running demos, discovery, and enablement sessions for sales teams, partners, and customers.
Fluent in English; willing to travel ~10% of the time.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary technical SME for the US region, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Partners to scope, demo, and position CM.com portfolio—including AI Agents.
Lead technical discovery and solution design translating business needs into credible CM.com implementations.
Coach and enable colleagues and partners on the business value of CM.com’s AI capabilities through training and playbooks.
Represent voice of the field back to Product and Engineering to sharpen roadmap and GTM positioning.
Use AI tools to improve your own work: experiment, automate, and share what works with the team.
