Job summary

CM.com is seeking an AI Sales Solutions Engineer to serve as the US regional technical SME, translating our AI-powered customer engagement portfolio into measurable business value. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Partners to scope, demonstrate, and position CM.com solutions including AI Agents to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical sales engineering, solutions engineering, or pre-sales roles.
• Hands-on fluency with AI/LLM-based products and ability to explain business value to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record of running effective demos, technical discovery, and enablement sessions for sales teams, partners, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical SME for the US region, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Partners to scope, demo, and position CM.com portfolio including AI Agents against customer needs.
• Lead technical discovery and solution design for prospects and customers, translating business requirements into concrete CM.com implementations.
• Coach and enable colleagues and partners on the business value of CM.com’s AI capabilities through training sessions and hands-on support.
• Represent the voice of the field back to Product and Engineering, surfacing patterns to sharpen roadmap and GTM positioning.
• Use AI tools actively to improve your own work and share learnings with the team.
