Job summary

First Citizens Bank seeks a Lead User Experience Designer to collaborate with the Lending and Credit Product Management team to reimagine the end-to-end digital lending experience. This remote role may be hired in several markets across the United States, partnering with Product Managers, Developers, and other Designers to deliver high-quality UX/UI assets.

You will conduct user research, facilitate discovery workshops, and translate insights into service blueprints and flows within the nCino

Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
Portfolio including service design deliverables (e.g., service blueprints).
Portfolio demonstrating UX/UI and human-centered design across flows and prototypes.
Knowledge of user research methodologies (personas, interviews, heuristics).
Portfolio with deliverables integrating user research (data & insights).
Experience in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably regulated.
Proficiency in Figma for low/high fidelity prototypes.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders.
Proven presentation skills across product lifecycle stages.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end UX design process within the nCino/Salesforce ecosystem, including service blueprints and dashboards.
Document client experiences and map complex systems into service blueprints to address needs and constraints.
Coordinate discovery sessions and workshops, incorporating UX research insights into design artifacts.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and other Designers to drive end-to-end experiences.
Communicate design decisions to diverse audiences while adhering to Design Thinking best practices.
