Job summary

Félix is seeking a Design professional to own the Credit UX, partnering with a lead credit designer in a highly collaborative, async-first environment. You will shape the end-to-end borrowing experience, from offers and disclosures to repayment, within a chat-first interface and into native apps.

You will tackle constrained regulatory design, balancing risk with usability, and work closely with product and engineering to ship fast while maintaining Félix’s style and values.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing consumer products with a high bar for craft and end-to-end UX.
• Fluency in Spanish and advanced English.
• Proficiency in Figma and rapid prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Widen credit access for underserved users.
• Design for a conversational, AI-native medium.
• Treat compliance as a design material.
• Ground decisions in evidence through testing with PMs.
• Keep Credit feeling like Félix.
• Shape the team and design system practices.
