Job summary

Félix is seeking a product designer to own end-to-end Credit experiences, from the borrowing flow to disclosures and repayment. You will design within a chat-first, AI-enabled context and help extend Félix to native mobile apps.

You will collaborate with a lead credit designer, with direct support from the Credit PM in a fast, async environment. The role requires 4+ years of consumer product design, strong visual/interaction skills, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing consumer products with a strong craft.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills demonstrated in portfolios.
• Experience with AI-enabled or conversational interfaces is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the design of Credit-related experiences from concept to delivery.
• Design for chat-first interactions and native mobile experiences (iOS/Android).
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and researchers in an async-first setup.
• Balance usability with risk and regulatory considerations.
• Help shape the design system and contribute to hiring and team growth.
