Qualifications

• 3+ years of UX design, usability testing, or UX research experience.
• Experience in financial services or digital banking preferred.
• Ability to plan and conduct usability research and translate findings into design.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct usability testing, research, and reviews to identify friction and opportunities across digital banking experiences.
• Translate member feedback and test results into practical recommendations and user journeys.
• Validate new features while supporting accessible, consistent, and member-centered experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers and vendors to improve digital services.
