The ideal candidate will have a track record leading development in large enterprise environments, deep Java 11+, Spring and microservices, REST APIs, and modern design patterns. You will mentor engineers, collaborate with product owners, and drive reliable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in software development.
• 6+ years in software development, enterprise-scale preferred.
• Experience leading development teams and delivering large projects.
• Strong Java 11+ expertise and Spring/Spring Boot frameworks.
• Proficiency with REST, APIs, and microservice patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple SCRUM teams and coach tech leads across domains.
• Design and implement enterprise-scale software solutions.
• Drive quality improvements, tooling, and best practices.
• Oversee maintenance of critical IaaS/SaaS and on‑prem apps.
• Coordinate troubleshooting of defects and data issues.
• Mentor developers and communicate with product owners.
