Job summary

Redwood Credit Union in Napa, California is seeking a UX Designer to deliver intuitive, accessible digital experiences aligned with our brand and goals. You will govern end-to-end user journeys across internal and external platforms, translating user needs and business requirements into scalable design solutions.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and compliance to ensure usability improvements, measurable outcomes, and consistency with our design system and accessibility

Qualifications

Strong command of UX and UI principles, including usability and accessibility.
Experience translating complex requirements into clear, effective digital strategies.
Proficiency creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems using Figma and Axure RP.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end digital experiences across key user journeys to reduce friction and improve engagement.
Define design patterns and interface standards to enable scalable UX adoption.
Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, compliance to align requirements and delivery.
