Job summary

Dragos, Inc. is seeking a Lead Business Systems Engineer to own and optimize the lead-to-order stack, including Salesforce, CPQ, and related integrations. You will design solutions, manage critical debt, and act as a hands-on technical resource across marketing, sales, contracting, and finance systems.

The role emphasizes security, production-readiness, and collaboration with cross-functional teams while advancing AI-driven GTM workflows in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building business systems or GTM platforms, with lead-to-order or quote-to-cash experience.
• Deep Salesforce build expertise — Sales Cloud required; CPQ, Apex, Lightning certifications a plus.
• Hands-on development as primary skill: declarative automation, APIs, and integrations.
• Working fluency across marketing automation, sales engagement, CLM/e-signature, and ERP integration patterns.
• Track record of shipping complex solutions and remediating production debt.
• Security-minded habits: RBAC, field-level security, data segmentation for regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Know our lead-to-order architecture and build within it.
• Design and build complex Salesforce-based applications and integrations.
• Address critical technical debt and replace workarounds with maintainable designs.
• Lead cross-functional projects with requirements, testing, and cutover.
• Build and maintain integrations and APIs between marketing, sales, contracting, and finance.
• Ensure governance and security standards across environments and data.
