Job summary

Dragos is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across procurement, systems engineering, IT security, and the requesting business unit. You will own the delivery lifecycle from intake through to deployment, coordinating with procurement on quotes, POs, and vendor milestones, and with IT security on security reviews.

The role focuses on SaaS platform deployments, integrations, and governance across a remote-first, global footprint.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8+ years managing technical IT projects end to end in a fast-paced enterprise or high-growth environment.
• Ownership of full lifecycle delivery including the procurement stage and vendor onboarding.
• Hands-on experience delivering SaaS platform rollouts and system integrations (SSO/SAML, provisioning, data migration).
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for execution and documentation, plus Microsoft 365 including Teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for assigned technical projects, serving as the single accountable coordination point across Procurement, Systems Engineering, IT Security Engineering, and the requesting business unit.
• Drive the procurement-to-deployment lifecycle as one continuous project: sourcing, PO milestones, then build, configure, test, and rollout.
• Manage SaaS deployments and system integrations, including requirements, vendor coordination, identity provisioning, data migration, UAT, and go-live.
• Define and enforce handoff criteria between intake, design, procurement, build, and deployment with named owners and entry/exit criteria.
• Build and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and dependency maps in Jira and Confluence, keeping status current.
• Own stakeholder communication for the full project lifecycle: kickoff, status, changes, escalations, go-live, and adoption follow-up.
• Manage risk, issues, and change control with clear recommendations and impact assessments.
• Hold vendors accountable to scope, milestones, and SLAs, coordinating with Procurement for commercial leverage.
• Represent projects through Change Advisory Board including security review gate and governance standards.
• Improve the delivery system with intake criteria, templates, and lifecycle automation.
• Report project health to IT leadership, including schedule, cycle time, delivery vs plan, and spend vs forecast.
