Dragos, Inc. is seeking a Lead Business Systems Engineer to own and optimize the lead-to-order stack, including Salesforce, CPQ, and related integrations. You will design solutions, manage critical debt, and act as a hands-on technical resource across marketing, sales, contracting, and finance systems.

We’relooking for a Lead Business Systems Engineer to build in that lead-to-order stack: marketing automation, sales engagement, CRM,quotingand deal management, contracting and e-signature, and the handoff into ERP and billing. Youwon’town the target architecture —you’llknow itcoldandbuildinside it. That means designing and shipping complex applications and solutions on Salesforce and connected platforms, standing up integrations that hold under load, and taking on the technical debt that slows everyone else down. This is a hands-on role: yourweekendswith something in production, not a diagram.
