Job summary

Affirm is a remote-first company reinventing credit to offer honest, flexible pay-later options. You will lead a team of Technical Account Managers supporting our SMB merchants, guiding post-sale technical success from integration to scale.

You will coach TAMs, align with Client Success and Product teams, and drive proactive plans and metrics to grow outcomes for merchants and expand Affirm’s product offerings.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in a B2B customer-facing technical role.
• Three+ years of people management experience.
• Strong technical background in web development and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor and develop TAMs supporting SMB merchants.
• Collaborate with Client Success to grow merchants post-launch.
• Establish and track team OKRs and proactive plans.
• Forecast TAM demand and recruit as necessary.
• Evaluate new hires on technical capabilities and provide integration guidance.
• Advocate for merchants across functions to meet priorities.
