The ideal candidate has 8+ years in substation design, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate across internal teams and with clients. Occasional site visits and collaboration at the Framingham office may occur.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with 8+ years in substation design.
• Demonstrated communication skills and client interaction experience.
• Ability to meet deadlines and lead design projects.

Responsibilities

• Design substation drawings and prepare bill of materials.
• Perform quality control checks on substation design work.
• Attend site visits and collaborate with clients and design team.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable codes and client standards.
