One Call is seeking a Software Engineer Lead to design, develop, and maintain software used by internal teams and external clients. You will work with business analysts, product managers, and engineers to ensure timely delivery and quality.

The role emphasizes full SDLC ownership, strong communication, and the ability to lead and mentor junior staff in a remote-first environment. Bachelor's degree in CS or related field is required, with extensive experience preferred.
