Job summary

One Call seeks a Software Engineer Lead to design, implement, and maintain software solutions for internal users and external customers. You will work with analysts and product managers to deliver high-quality code on schedule and within budget.

You will guide a team through the SDLC, create technical designs, write documentation, and mentor junior engineers while aligning with the company’s standards and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications.
• Follow One Call SDLC standards and processes.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and specifications.
• Write technical documentation and ensure code quality.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to junior engineers when appropriate.
