Job summary

One Call is seeking a Software Engineer Lead to design, develop, test, and maintain software for internal and external users. You will work with analysts, product managers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions in a remote-first environment.

Ideal candidates have extensive application development experience and a proven ability to lead projects and teams while adhering to SDLC standards. This role supports our workers' compensation focus and global standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
• Senior level expectations with leadership and application development experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, implement, maintain and support software applications.
• Follow SDLC standards and translate requirements into designs.
• Provide technical specifications and documentation; mentor others as needed.
• Lead planning and forecasting for projects; ensure on-time delivery.
