One Call is seeking a Software Engineer to join our remote-first team, delivering software solutions for internal partners and external customers. You will design, implement, test, and support applications in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
Experience with end-to-end SDLC: waterfall, iterative, agile, or other modern approaches.
Excellent customer service and communication skills for diverse audiences.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain software applications used by internal or external customers.
Follow One Call SDLC standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Analyze requirements and translate business needs into technical designs.
Write technical specifications and documentation for ongoing projects.
Collaborate with business analysts and product managers to ensure timely delivery.
Support and mentor teammates as needed on complex tasks.
