Job summary

One Call is seeking a Software Engineer Lead to design, develop and deliver complex software solutions while mentoring junior engineers. You will lead technical initiatives, assess risks, and ensure delivery on time in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles (waterfall, iterative, agile).
• Proficiency in business modeling and requirements definition.

Responsibilities

• Provides application software development services or technical support on defined projects.
• Follows One Call SDLC standards and develops/maintains software.
• Writes technical specifications and documents, analyzes requirements and translates to designs.
• Leads planning, forecasts tasks, and may mentor junior staff.
