Certum Legal Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Head of PI Single Event Operations to build and lead a scalable, technology-enabled PI operation from the ground up. The role requires deep PI process knowledge, hands-on ops leadership, and the ability to design modern workflows on a Salesforce-based stack.

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or legal-ops credential is a plus.
• Extensive personal-injury case-operations leadership experience preferred.
• Hands-on command of PI case-management systems and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the single-event case lifecycle end to end from intake to disbursement.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks to improve throughput and quality.
• Design pod structures and define case-load economics at scale.
• Define intake data requirements and partner with intake on stack captures.
