Job summary

Chamberlain Advisors is conducting an executive search for Certum Legal Solutions. The Chief Marketing & Intake Officer will own marketing and intake end to end, sitting atop lead generation and conversion, and be accountable for cost and quality of every acquired case.

You will build the marketing engine on a Salesforce-centric foundation, deploy capital across channels, and scale a multi-brand portfolio in a greenfield build environment.

Qualifications

• Executive ownership of marketing and intake end to end, accountable for cost and quality of every acquired case.
• Stand up the marketing engine and intake on a Salesforce-centric foundation.
• Hire and develop a Director of Marketing and build a 24/7 multi-channel contact center.
• Lead multi-channel capital deployment across paid digital, TV, radio, and other mass media.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform's marketing and intake strategy and P&L.
• Stand up a greenfield marketing organization from scratch within sixty days.
• Partner with COO/CTO on Salesforce-centric stack and dashboards.
• Direct agency and aggregator relationships and manage channel mix over time.
