Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Supervisor, Quality Assurance Automation to lead a team within the Strategic Technology Systems Development group. You will implement automation frameworks and tooling to support customer-focused objectives and the IT vision, and collaborate across engineering, product, and DevOps to embed testing in CI/CD.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on mentoring QA staff, designing scalable automation, and driving continuous improvements to testing practices

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent work experience.
ISTQB Agile Testing or Foundation Level preferred.
6+ years of QA/Automation experience.
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps and other agile tools.
Experience testing cloud-native apps in AWS/Azure; GCP is a plus.
Knowledge of data privacy practices and HIPAA compliance.
Experience managing projects and resources.
Healthcare industry practices knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a QA team with clear direction and performance expectations.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
Ensure high-quality software through test planning, new functionality testing, and automated testing.
Support multiple Scrum teams.
Hands-on role (about 70%) with leadership (about 30%).
Evaluate QA tools and drive continuous automation improvements.
Set team standards and CI/CD integration with engineering and DevOps.
Hire and onboard staff; plan staffing and capacity expansion.
Represent the team in meetings; handle other duties as assigned.
