Saab, Inc. seeks a Lead Program Performance Management Analyst to drive planning, scheduling and performance analysis across multiple programs. You will manage baselines, EVMS audits, and IPT coordination while mentoring teams and integrating subcontractor data.

This role supports a remote full-time arrangement with broad stakeholder engagement. You will apply DoD/EVM practices, manage EAC details, and deliver timely program reviews.

Competenze

• BA/BS degree in a business, engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience in a technical, business, military, or U.S. Government Contractor environment.
• Proficiency with MS Project, MS Office Suite, Deltek Cobra, EVMS and related scheduling tools.

Mansioni

• Lead the development of program cost and schedule baselines within contract parameters.
• Analyze program performance and monitor Estimate at Complete; present findings to leaders.
• Serve as SME in scheduling tools, mentor PM teams, and integrate subcontractor data.
• Apply advanced EVMS concepts, risk management and proactive scheduling decisions.
• Create and present program reviews, IMP/IMS, and WBS/IMS documents.
