Saab is seeking a Lead Program Performance Management Analyst to support complex schedules, cost baselines, and EVMS compliance. This role partners with multiple IPT leads across US locations and supports senior leadership with timely program reviews.

The position is fully remote eligible and requires strong MS Project, EVMS, and DoD program experience, with a focus on improving processes and delivering accurate performance data.

Qualificações

• BA/BS degree in a business, engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience in a technical, business, military, professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development of program cost and/or schedule baselines within contract parameters and analyze performance.
• Mentor program teams in scheduling tools and processes; lead EVMS and schedule tool implementations.
• Integrate subcontractor and material cost/schedule data into program data; perform EAC analyses and risk management.
• Prepare and present program review documents to senior leadership; ensure timely deliverables.
• Define requirements to solve business problems and foster cross-location collaboration.
• Ensure EVMS compliance through audits and maintain IMS/IMP for proposals.
• Communicate effectively with teams and customers and act as change agent to drive improvements.
