Ladders is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager (Workday) to own the strategy and lifecycle of a core HR technology portfolio. You will guide a team of product managers, translating HR needs into a clear roadmap and balancing value, impact, and usability.

This remote role involves collaborating with engineering and stakeholders to drive thoughtful technology decisions that enhance the employee experience across the enterprise. Compensation is competitive.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of product management experience, preferably in HR technology or enterprise SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of the Workday platform and its modules.
• Experience leading product strategy and roadmap development in an internal environment.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate build-versus-buy decisions effectively.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead product strategy and lifecycle management for the HR technology portfolio.
• Manage and develop a team of product managers across HR capabilities.
• Translate HR outcomes into actionable product strategies and prioritized backlogs.
• Balance stakeholder needs with the overall employee experience.
• Evaluate incoming requests based on impact, value, and alignment with product priorities.
• Make informed recommendations on build, buy, or partner strategies.
