Allstate is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager (Sr Manager) to steer product strategy and delivery across the Workday ecosystem. You will lead a team of product managers spanning Core HR, compensation, time and attendance, talent management, recruiting, and onboarding, partnering with HR, technology, and engineering to drive an outcome-based roadmap.

You will evaluate build vs. buy, balance stakeholder needs with enterprise priorities, and guide decisions with a focus on employee experience

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in product management/enterprise platforms or HR technology.

Responsabilités

• Lead product strategy, vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for Workday product portfolio.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of product managers across Core HR, compensation, time & attendance, talent management, recruiting, onboarding.
• Translate HR outcomes into product strategies, roadmaps, capabilities, and backlogs.
• Balance stakeholder needs with enterprise priorities and employee experience.
• Evaluate requests based on impact, value, effort, risk, and prioritization.
• Communicate build/buy/partner recommendations to maximize value.
• Develop internal workday capabilities and assess vendor offerings.
• Define roadmaps showing sequencing and timelines for outcomes.
