Job summary

Allstate is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager (Sr Manager) to steer product strategy and delivery across the Workday ecosystem. This role leads a team of product managers responsible for Core HR, compensation, time and attendance, talent management, recruiting, and onboarding in an internal, end-user environment.

You will balance immediate stakeholder requests with broader platform implications, define roadmaps, and drive lifecycle management for Allstate’s Workday product portfolio.

Qualifications

• Strong Workday platform knowledge and product management experience in an internal, end-user environment.
• Experience leading product strategy and roadmaps for Workday or similar enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of product managers across Core HR, compensation, time and attendance, talent management, recruiting, and onboarding.
• Evaluate requests based on employee impact, business value, effort, risk, and alignment with long-term priorities.
• Develop clear product roadmaps and coordinate across Workday and internally developed products.
• Partner with engineering to build internal capabilities, including AI-enabled solutions.
• Lead discovery, testing, and learning activities to validate concepts and inform investments.
