Ladders is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager (Workday) to own the strategy and lifecycle of a core HR technology portfolio. You will guide a team of product managers, translating HR needs into a clear roadmap and balancing value, impact, and usability.

This remote role involves collaborating with engineering and stakeholders to drive thoughtful technology decisions that enhance the employee experience across the enterprise. Compensation is competitive.

Formación

• 5-7 years of product management experience, preferably in HR technology or enterprise SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of the Workday platform and its modules.
• Experience leading product strategy and roadmap development in an internal environment.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate build-versus-buy decisions effectively.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager (Workday) to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This leader will own the strategy and lifecycle of a core HR technology portfolio that supports the employee experience across the enterprise. The role will guide a team of product managers, shaping priorities across multiple people-related capabilities and ensuring product decisions align with business outcomes. In partnership with engineering and key stakeholders, this leader will translate HR needs into a clear roadmap, evaluate delivery options, and help drive thoughtful technology decisions that balance value, impact, and usability.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $134,000 – $209,750 annually
