Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for FuzeRx to own the product roadmap and partner with Engineering, Design, Clinical, and Operations teams to deliver patient-centric features.

You will translate complex clinical and operational needs into precise specs, drive customer discussions, and triage the roadmap to maximize impact while considering regulatory constraints in healthcare and pharmacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 2+ years in Product Management or related roles.
• Experience shipping features with Engineering in agile environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication for specs and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience building products for pharmacy or healthcare services is a plus.
• Familiarity with data-driven personalization, automation, or AI-enabled capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for the product area and align with stakeholders.
• Translate business, clinical, and operational needs into clear specs.
• Lead feature discussions with customers, engineers, and cross-functional partners.
• Triages features and requests, connecting engineering work to end-user impact.
• Identify risks and articulate technical requirements for features and APIs.
• Account for regulatory and operational healthcare constraints early.
