You will define success metrics, own the backlog, and guide agile teams through PI planning and delivery while ensuring data accuracy and business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Admin, CS, IT, or related field.
• 5–9+ years of product management with ownership of product, measurement, or analytics in a regulated environment.
• End-to-end product lifecycle ownership—strategy, roadmap, delivery, and value measurement.

Responsibilities

• Own measurement strategy and KPI framework for NBA, aligning questions to outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional and data science teams; partner on model performance metrics.
• Deliver end-to-end NBA reporting capabilities from requirements to launch.
• Define priorities and maintain backlog based on value and impact.
