Job summary

Humana is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the measurement and reporting strategy for the Next Best Action (NBA) product. You will define KPI frameworks, unify measurement across business outcomes, model performance, and operational metrics, and partner with data science, analytics, engineering, and stakeholders to deliver trusted reporting.

You will lead cross-functional teams, translate business questions into measurement requirements, and manage end-to-end reporting delivery,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Admin, CS, IT, or related field.
• 5–9+ years of product management experience in a regulated environment (Healthcare, Financial Services, or comparable).
• Proven ability to own the product lifecycle end‑to‑end—strategy, roadmap, prioritization, requirements, delivery, and value measurement.
• Working knowledge of KPIs/OKRs, statistics, and measurement concepts.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a compelling measurement strategy and roadmap for NBA, translating multi-year business goals and stakeholder questions into a unified, outcome-driven measurement approach.
• Establish a KPI and metric framework that clearly distinguishes business KPIs / NBA effectiveness, model performance, and operational metrics.
• Lead cross-functional and cross-data science teams as the primary contact for measurement and reporting questions.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of NBA reporting capabilities, from requirements to launch.
• Create well-defined product requirements and acceptance criteria for reports and dashboards.
• Guide PI Planning and execution with agile teams.
